This guide will walk employees through the steps necessary to report an issue with CIM.
Report the Issue in Teams
- Caregivers can report CIM issues in the CIM Product Support (Team) > General channel in Teams.
- Teams is PHI compliant, but it is best practice to limit PHI to the minimum necessary.
- Please include what CIM is affected along with the description of what is happening.
Submit a Ticket to Production Systems
- Caregivers can report CIM issues that include PHI by sending an email to pdt.hc.support@ayin.com. This will create a Zendesk ticket for the issue.
- Please remember not to include any PHI in the "Subject" of the email. You can include PHI in the "Message", however.
- Please include what CIM is affected along with the description of what is happening.
- When reporting an issue in CIM this way, a screenshot of the full browser window showing the issue is also very helpful.
