This guide will assist in the process of logging into CIM under a test account in order to troubleshoot another role or security context.
Assume a CIM Role
- In order to assume the role of another user, you will log into CIM using CIM ID, navigate to CIM Management Console, locate the user you want to assume the role of, and click “Assume Role” on their profile:
- Next, click your name in the top right of the screen and then log out:
- The next screen will allow you to sign back in to CIM using your test user credentials:
