How does my caregiver claim their Providence account?
As a Core Leader, you will receive your Caregiver's username and temporary password from Providence via email. It will be delivered to your providence.org mailbox.
Forward this information to your new employee's ayin.com email address during the onboarding process.
Your Caregiver will claim their account by following the steps outlined in the Providence Account Setup Guide.
If you did not receive Providence credentials for your caregiver, please contact support.
How does my new caregiver get their IT equipment?
- An equipment pickup scheduling request is automatically emailed to the new caregiver's personal email address. Core leaders are CC'd on these email alerts.
- New caregivers should pick up equipment 2-5 business days prior to their start date.
- If necessary, you can schedule an equipment pickup appointment on behalf of your new caregiver.
- If the caregiver lives at least 40 miles away from an office location, they qualify for equipment shipping.
- If necessary, you can request equipment shipping on behalf of your new caregiver.
When will IT reach out to my new caregiver?
Using the personal email address that you specified on the New Hire form, IT will reach out to your new caregiver a few days prior to their start date with the following information:
- Account claiming and setup instructions.
- Technology training Zoom meeting invitation.
This is typically the first training session on the first day at Ayin. Core Leaders will be included on the meeting invitation and are encouraged to join as an observer.
What should I communicate to my new caregiver regarding IT equipment?
- Ayin provided equipment does not support WiFi.
- The caregiver needs to be prepared to connect a cable between their high speed internet modem/router and the Ayin provided equipment.
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) is required for remote access.
- Caregivers must be able to utilize Okta Verify on their mobile device.
- Minimum internet speed requirement is 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- All equipment should be setup, connected to the internet, and ready to login prior to the caregiver's first day.

Core Leaders should communicate this to the new caregiver at the start of employment. This account username can be found:
