This guide is to help users with logging into the ZAPP or Payer Portals for Zelis.
NOTE - The ZAPP and Payer Portals also have their own test environments, which are separate apps in Okta.
ZAPP Portal - Information
- This portal does use Auto-Provisioning.
- This means, Ayin has the ability to assign user access via Okta.
- We do not need to reach out to Zelis to create new accounts.
- There are 3 access levels we can assign to users using the Okta groups below:
- Zelis_4040_Client_ReadOnly_001
- Zelis_4040_Client_Management_001
- Zelis_4040_Client_DocumentManager_001
- Users must be granted access in order to log into the ZAPP Portal. You may already have access based solely on your job title.
- If you do not have access, please work with your core leader and have them submit an access request form if you need access.
ZAPP Portal - Logging In
- Once you have been granted access, you will get two new apps added to your Okta dashboard:
- Zelis - ZAPP Portal
- Zelis - ZAPP Portal - Test
-
Simply click one of the apps and you will be logged in automatically.
Payer Portal - Information
- This portal does not use Auto-Provisioning.
- A Zelis Admin will have to create an account for any users that are needing access.
Payer Portal - Logging In
- When your account is created, you will receive a password reset email from Zelis.
- You can also request a password reset by going here: https://payer.zelispayments.com
- Your username should be your email address.
- Doing a password reset this way will also send you a password reset email from Zelis.
- Click the password reset button in that email to reset your password.
-
IMPORTANT! After you reset your password, DO NOT click the link that is provided on the next screen!
- Close that password reset confirmation tab.
- Launch the Zelis - Payer Portal ( or Test) app in Okta. Depending on which portal you are trying to access.
- You will be prompted to enter your username and password that you just established.
- Logging in with your username and password will only need to be done once! This one-time login creates the SSO binding for your user account.
- Now, moving forward, launching Payer Portal app in Okta will automatically log you in!
