Use this guide to update an existing policy in PolicyTech using Microsoft 365 for the web. This method ensures your edits save automatically.
Update a policy
- Navigate to the policy you want to update.
- Choose either Create New Version or Edit in Current State.
- Select Edit Document (Default Mode).
In the Microsoft Office / O365 window, check Open with Microsoft 365 for the web and mark it as the default and click Go.
- When finished, select File, then choose Back to PolicyTech.
