Ayin Health Solutions SMS Verification Program
2. Program Description
Ayin Health Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," "our") offers an SMS-based one-time passcode (OTP) verification service for IT helpdesk identity confirmation. When you contact the IT helpdesk for support, a single text message containing a one-time verification code may be sent to your mobile phone number to confirm your identity before sensitive account actions are performed.
This Program is used exclusively for identity verification. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
3. Consent & Opt-In
By submitting the Ayin Health Solutions SMS Consent Form and selecting "I agree," you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Ayin Health Solutions for identity verification purposes. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receiving text messages at that number.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when you initiate a helpdesk support call and identity verification is required. Estimated frequency is 1-2 messages per user per month. No recurring or scheduled messages will be sent.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Ayin Health Solutions does not charge for SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.
6. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS verification messages from us after that confirmation.
You may also opt out by:
- Emailing support@ayin.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out"
- Requesting removal verbally during any helpdesk interaction
If you opt out and later wish to rejoin, you may re-submit the SMS Consent Form or request a new verification code during a helpdesk call, which constitutes a new opt-in.

8. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Ayin Health Solutions is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues, network congestion, or device incompatibility.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data in connection with this Program.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
