Access the Okta Account Unlock Portal

- From the Amazon WorkSpace login screen: Select Unlock account. You will be redirected to Okta account unlock portal. Follow the prompts to unlock your account.
- From a web browser or mobile device: Go to the Okta account unlock portal and follow the prompts.
External User
