- Start the process by navigating to: Caregiver Access Portal
- Follow the instructions to claim your Providence account.

The employee's providence.org email address can be found in the Genesis directory or by following the steps below:
- Genesis > My Team > My Team > Employee > Show More > Contact Info
- Note: You may need to select Worker Type > Pending worker to view an employee who hasn't officially started yet.
