Windows Upgrade Options

• Which version of Windows do I have?
• Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro
• Contact the Service Desk for upgrade assistance.

Troubleshooting

• Bitlocker Error: No TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

MacOS

Screen Lock Required

• Require a password after waking your Mac
• If required, install the helper app

Device Encryption Required

• Use FileVault to encrypt the startup disk on your Mac

ChromeOS

Screen Lock Required

• Screen lock automatically enforced for all signed in phtech.com users.

Device Encryption Required

• Device encryption is built in and automatically enabled for all Chrome OS devices.
