As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, we would like to remind everyone about the proper use of your building access badges. For those of you that have badges, your badge is a key component of our access control system, and its proper use is vital to our security efforts.
Please remember the following key points:
- Your badge should only be used by you and must not be shared with others.
- Do not hold doors open for individuals who do not have their own badge or proper authorization.
- If you lose your badge or if it is stolen, please report it immediately to Service Desk.
- Access logs are regularly audited to ensure the security of our premises.
Your cooperation in following these guidelines is greatly appreciated and contributes to the overall safety of our workplace.
