This policy ensures that email communications originating from Ayin to a customer or partner organization are transmitted securely. Please note that this policy is designed for organizational-level email security and is not intended to secure email communications for individual users.
Benefits of Secure (TLS) Email Enforcement:
- All email between Ayin and the customer or partner is required to be transmitted over a secure (TLS) connection.
- Customers and partners will no longer need to log in to the Ayin Secure Email Portal to access messages marked with #phi#, #secure#, or those identified as containing sensitive data under our compliance policies.
- Instead, secure emails from Ayin will be delivered directly to the recipient’s inbox.

Customers or partners of Ayin may choose to implement a similar secure (TLS) email policy to ensure that email sent from their mail servers to Ayin is transmitted securely. This allows Ayin staff to receive messages directly in their inboxes, without needing to access a secure message portal.
