Have you ever deleted a file from the X or Z drive by mistake or accidentally saved a file in error? Here is a guide on how to restore a file from backup.
Note: Files must be located on the X or Z drive to be eligible for backup recovery.
Restore a File
- Right-click on the file or folder where the document is located or WAS located (if you have accidentally deleted the file) and click Properties.
- Click on the Previous Versions tab.
- Select the item from the list and click Copy...
- Copy the item to your desktop.
- Verify that the files that you need are there and grab the file you need.
