Use this guide to reset your password if you are an external customer.
Steps:
- Open a web browser and go to help.ayin.com.
- Click "Sign in" in the upper-right hand corner.
- In the window that pops up, click "Forgot my password".
- Enter your email address and then click Submit.
- You will receive a password reset email. In that email, click the link to reset your password.
- Once you've reset your password, you can go back to help.ayin.com and Sign in.
