Submitting a request through Ayin's Zendesk is easy and secure!
Steps:
- Open a web browser, and go to help.ayin.com.
- Click "Submit a request" at the top of the page.
- Click the drop-down menu, and select the category that best describes you.
- Fill out all the required fields on the form, and attach any necessary documents. You may be required to fill out more fields as you go through and choose your appropriate topics and selections. Then, click "Submit".
- If this is the first time you have used the Ayin Zendesk, you should receive the following email:
- Click the verification link to create an account. After you establish a password and create your account, you will be signed into the Ayin Zendesk.
- To check on any requests you have created, click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner and click "My activities".
- Click on any of your requests to view any responses or detailed information of the request. You can also respond to Ayin within one of your requests, as well.
- If you need to check on a request later, simply go to help.ayin.com and sign into your account.
