Follow the guide below to request a new app or bookmark in Okta that will be available for a department or team.
Submit a ticket to the service desk by emailing support@ayin.com
- Please include the following information in your request
- App or bookmark name
- App or bookmark URL
- Individual or team (shared) credentials
- Username format (email address, PC username, etc)
- The teams or departments who should receive the app
For apps or bookmarks used by an individual employee
- Add using the + button on the Okta homepage
