In order to use the whitelist function in Panda, you will need to have a user account created, so that you can access the admin console. If you need a user account created, please reach out to Service Desk, so we can create one for you.
Whitelist Files & Folders
- Launch the Panda Security app in okta and get logged in.
- Click Settings at the top of the page.
- Next, click Authorized Software on the left.
- Then, click Local Admins Authorized Software.
- From here, you can see a list of the whitelisted file paths in our Panda environment. Click the Authorize programs button to add an entry.
- From here, you can authorize a folder path or choose from any of the other options listed in the window.
- When finished, click Authorize.
- Lastly, don't forget to click Save in the upper-right-hand corner or your authorized entry will not save!
