This guide outlines the steps necessary in order to send email from an alternate email address.
Contact Service Desk to be Added as a Delegate
- In order to send an email from a different address than your own, you must be added as a delegate to the email address
- Contact Service Desk in order to be added as a delegate to an email address.
Select the Address from the "From" field
- Once added as a delegate, compose a new email and click your address in the "From" field
- Select "Other email address..." from the drop down, and search for the email address you would like to send as.
- Once you have sent from the email at least once, the address will be stored as an option whenever you click the "From" field.
