Employees should follow this guide in order to troubleshoot any issues with the Google Chrome browser.
Delete Cache in Google Chrome
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Select "Clear browsing data"
- On the dropdown, select "All time"
- Check ALL boxes: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click the blue button "Clear data"
- Close down all Chrome windows and reopen
- When re-launching your Google apps, click the blue "Continue" button prompting you to sign back in
- In Slack, click the blue button to "Sign in with Google"
