This guide outlines the steps to take in order to reserve a conference room or drop-in desk at our physical office location(s).
Creating a Reservation
- Review the floor plan to ensure you are reserving the correct resource.
- Reservations for conference rooms and drop-ins are done the same manner, via your Outlook Calendar.
- To make a reservation, open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
- Click New Meeting, and add the required attendees to the To field.
- Click Add a room or location and select the meeting room or other resource you would like to book from the list.
- Choose a date and time for the meeting, and add a subject, meeting details, or agenda
- Click Send.
- You can also Edit an event that is already on your calendar to add a resource as well.
Viewing a Resource Calendars
- You can view the calendar of resource to see available days and times.
- To view a resource calendar, click Add calendar on the left side of the screen.
- Click Add from directory and search from your ayin.com account.
- Search for the name of the meeting room or resource.
- Click Add.
