This guide will instruct you on how to access ImageNow (formerly knows as WebNow) for Providence finance approvals.
External Access
- You must have Citrix Workspace installed in order to launch ImageNow
Ayin Workstation Access
- Launch ImageNow from Okta
- Log in using username format: firstname+lastname@providence.org
- Authenticate with Providence MFA
- Launch ImageNow from the Citrix Apps homepage
- If you don't have ImageNow, contact Providence for assistance
- If prompted, launch the downloaded .ica file when launching ImageNow
- Login to ImageNow using the username format firstname+lastname (no @providence.org)
