Existing MFA Users:
- Switch to Microsoft Authenticator: Click here if you already have MFA setup for Providence and want to switch to Microsoft Authenticator.
New Employees:

Log In:
- When you first log into a Providence app that uses Microsoft Office login (e.g., HR Portal), you'll be prompted to set up MFA. Click "Next".

Download Microsoft Authenticator:
- Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from your phone's app store. Click "Next".

Allow Notifications:
- Open the Microsoft Authenticator app and allow notifications. Add an account by selecting "Work or school". Click "Next".

Scan QR Code:
- Use the Microsoft Authenticator app to scan the QR code displayed on your screen. The screen should look similar to the provided screenshot. Click "Next".

Confirm Setup:
- You will receive a notification on your phone. Approve the notification to confirm that Microsoft Authenticator is set up correctly. Click "Next".

Completion:
- Once you see the message that the notification was approved, click "Next".
