Google Keep notes will not automatically migrate into the new Microsoft environment. To ensure you retain access to the information stored in Google Keep, please follow the instructions below to export the notes into a Google Doc, which will then be transferred to the Microsoft environment automatically.
Open Google Keep
- Navigate to keep.google.com, or launch the Google Keep app from the Okta homepage
- Select the notes you would like to export
- Click and drag to select the notes you would like to export to a single Google Doc. Alternatively, you can click the check mark icon in the top left of a note to select specific notes to export
- With your notes selected, click the
icon in the top right of the screen
- Click "Copy to Google Docs"
- When the export is complete, you will receive a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen
- The exported Google Doc will migrate to your OneDrive automatically during the cutover to Microsoft 365
