Microsoft currently does not support accessing multiple managed accounts in the Outlook app on a single mobile device. Microsoft plans to release a feature supporting multiple managed accounts on a single iOS device in the future. There is currently no release date for similar support on Android. In the meantime, employees can access their Providence email by signing into the Outlook web app using a browser on their mobile device.
Access Providence Email
- Open any web browser on your mobile device
- Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail
- Sign in using your Providence credentials
*note that you will need to periodically reauthenticate according to Providence access policy.
