How to Switch from Microsoft Editor to Basic Spell Check in Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner and select Settings.

3. In the left-hand menu, click Languages.

4. Under "Enable grammar and spellcheck assistance", make sure the toggle is On.

5. You'll see two options:

   • Microsoft Editor

   • Basic

6. Select the Basic option by clicking on it.

✅ That’s it — you’re now using Basic spell check instead of Microsoft Editor!
