The office guest WiFi password is periodically updated to maintain security standards. As a result, employees will need to update the WiFi password on their HP Thin Client laptops to connect successfully. Please follow the same process if you have recently changed your home WiFi password.
Forget the WiFi Network
- Right click on the network name and select Forget
Reconnect to the WiFi Network
- Reconnect to the WiFi network and enter the new password
