Ayin employees can follow this guide to access any internal Providence resources. After connecting to the Providence Citrix applications, employees will be able to access resources such as the PSJH IAM Portal (SailPoint), where they can reset their security questions. Once logged into Citrix, employees can also use a Citrix-connected web browser to access any internal Providence websites.
*If you are accessing the Providence Citrix Workspace apps portal from a personal computer, you will first need to download and install the Citrix Workspace app.
Access the Providence Citrix Apps Portal
- Contact the Service Desk to request that the Citrix Workspace app be installed on your Amazon Workspace. This must be installed prior to completing the next steps.
- From Okta, launch Citrix Workspace Apps (Providence)
- Alternatively, you can navigate to https://citrixapps.providence.org from any web browser.
- Login using your Providence username and password
- username format: firstname.lastname@providence.org
- Verify your identity with MFA
Access Providence Resources
- To reset your Providence security questions:
- Launch the PSJH IAM Portal app.
- From within the PSJH IAM Portal, navigate to your username (top right) > Preferences > Security Questions
- To access ANY Providence website or internal resource:
- Launch the Chrome browser.
Launch Citrix
- Open the Citrix .ica file that will automatically download to your system.
Authenticate
- You may be prompted to authenticate a second time using your Providence username and password
