This guide is intended to assist PH TECH caregivers and core leaders access the Providence Taleo system.
Launch Taleo from the Okta homepage
- Username format: firstname+lastname (do not add @providence.org after username)
- Password: Providence password
If you receive a login error
- Follow the password reset prompts
- Username format: firstname+lastname (Do not add @providence.org to username)
- Email: Your phtech.com address
- Within a few minutes you will receive a password reset email sent to your phtech.com address. Follow the steps in the email to reset your password.
