If you are an external user, please ensure that you log into https://phtech.okta.com before proceeding. Click here for instructions on how to log into Okta.
1. Launch the Genesys Cloud App
- Click the Genesys Cloud app from your Okta home page.
- If you don't see it, use the search bar to find Genesys Cloud.
2. Click Collaborate/Communicate:
- Select Collaborate/Communicate to complete the login process.
- This is the only option you need to click on this screen.
You are now logged into Genesys Cloud!
Note: If you are prompted with a username and password screen after launching Genesys Cloud, follow these steps:
1. Click "More Login Options"
- Note: Our region is Americas (US East).
2. Enter Organization Name
- For Organization, enter: phtech.
3. Click 'okta'
- Click on "okta" to log into your account.
