If Your USB Headset is Not Connected
- Connect Your USB Headset
- Ensure that your USB headset is properly connected.
Refresh the Page
- Refresh the Amazon Connect page to see if the issue is resolved.
Allow Microphone Access
- If prompted, allow access to your microphone.
If Your USB Headset is Connected but there are Still Issues
- Check Microphone Access Settings
- Click the lock icon in the web address bar (usually found next to the URL).
- Ensure that microphone access is allowed for Amazon Connect.
