FAQ
Can I access my providence.org and ayin.com accounts simultaneously on my mobile device?
Not at this time. Microsoft plans to release a feature supporting multiple managed accounts on a single iOS device in the future. There is currently no release date for similar support on Android. IT will announce availability once the feature is generally released. Until then, employees can access Providence email using a standard web browser on their mobile device. Click here for more info.
Do I have to allow Ayin to manage my personal device to access company data?
No, Ayin does not require mobile device management (MDM). Instead, IT uses Mobile Application Management (MAM) to enforce security protocols within each Microsoft app used to access company data.
Can Ayin remotely erase or monitor activity on my personal device?
No, since Ayin uses Mobile Application Management (MAM) instead of Mobile Device Management (MDM), IT can only manage company data within Microsoft apps. Ayin cannot view, erase, or modify anything on an employee’s personal device.
