Go directly to your profile settings in Okta: Open Personal Information
Option 2: Navigate manually
From the Okta homepage:
User name (top right) → Settings → Personal Information
Secondary email
Okta’s secondary email is an optional, non-work email address used for account recovery, password resets, and security alerts if your primary work email is unavailable.
- To add or update this value, select Edit.
Mobile phone
Your mobile phone number is used by the Service Desk to verify your identity. To update this information, please use the form referenced below.
