You can now specify a due date and mark a ticket for an email reminder.
Due date and reminder checkboxes have been added to all ticket forms.
- Specify a due date and mark the ticket for an email reminder.
- Email reminders can be sent to the assignee (agent), the ticket group, or both.
- Email reminders are sent exactly 1 day prior to the due date.
- After the due date has passed, checkboxes will be cleared automatically. A new due date can be specified at this time, and boxes re-checked.
