Submitting a request through Ayin's Help Center is easy and secure!
To submit a request to the Ayin Enrollment Team, please follow the steps below:
- Open a web browser, and go to https://help.ayin.com.
- Click "Submit a request" at the top of the page.
- Click the drop-down menu, and select I am a broker or agent.
- Fill out all the required fields on the form, and attach any necessary documents. Then, click "Submit".
- If this is the first time you have used the Ayin Help Center, you should receive the following email:
- Click the verification link to create an account. After you establish a password and create your account, you will be signed into the Ayin Help Center.
- To check on any requests you have created, click on your profile in the upper right-hand corner and click "Activities".
- Click on any of your requests to view responses or detailed information about the request. You can also respond to Ayin within one of your requests.
If you need to check on a request later, simply go to https://help.ayin.com, and sign into your account.
