Step 1: Use the "CC Myself (Retain Visibility)" Macro
- Apply this macro to any ticket you want to keep an eye on.
Step 2: View CC'd Tickets in Your Account Profile
- Under your account profile, you can view all tickets where you are CC'd. This is an excellent way to monitor the progress of high-priority tickets that may require your attention.
