Step 1: Access Okta
- Visit https://phtech.okta.com from any device.
Step 2: Select a Secondary Authentication Option
- Choose an option like secondary email and complete the verification process.
- Note: If you haven't added a secondary email or another authentication option to your Ayin Okta account, you'll need to contact the Service Desk for assistance.
Step 3: Set Up Okta Verify on Your New Device
- Follow the guide to re-set up Okta Verify on your new device.
- Important: Don't forget to remove your old Okta Verify token before setting up the new one!
