Web Browser Sign-In Information
- Microsoft Edge: Employees may sign in using their ayin.com or providence.org accounts.
To get the best experience with your new Microsoft account, IT recommends using Microsoft Edge as your primary browser.
- Google Chrome: Employees can continue to use Chrome, but signing into the browser with an account is not permitted for security reasons.
Restore Google Chrome Bookmarks
We recommend restoring your bookmarks to Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or both.
- If you backed up your bookmarks before the migration, follow the guide below to restore them.
- If you did not back up your bookmarks, IT has attempted to do so on your behalf. Follow the alternate guide below to access and restore from this backup.

Log In To Office 365 Windows Desktop Apps
As part of our migration from Google to Microsoft, your Amazon WorkSpace will include Microsoft desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams — all of which connect to the cloud. The first time you launch any Microsoft app, you will be prompted to sign in.
