Access the Assessment Tool

Run the Test: Access the Genesys Cloud Network Readiness Assessment Tool from a workstation or within the corporate network intended for Genesys Cloud calls. You must be logged into your Ayin Genesys Cloud account in order to run the test.
If using a virtual desktop, ensure you run this test from within that virtual desktop.

Review Test Results

- The tool will show a successful network readiness assessment. Review examples of passing tests for reference.
